Start a savings account/fund to put all the money you would spend on cigarettes
Learn a deep breathing technique
Get your teeth whitened
Throw out all lighters, ash trays and get rid of all hiding places
Purchase nicotine replacement product if desired

Change your habits around your triggers like driving a different way to work or going for a walk after dinner
When you do crave a cigarette, wait ten minutes, drink a glass of water and ask yourself if you really want to have a cigarette or if you are experiencing a trigger to have one

Do deep breathing

Call someone in your support group
